The Senior Ladies Firsts and Seconds teams train together under our Senior Ladies Coach of David Granero. The Senior Firsts and Seconds are both competing in the Connacht Division 1
League.
The Galway Senior First Team have a long-standing history of success in the Connacht League, Connacht Cup and in the Irish Hockey Trophy Competition. Our Seconds Team have also been
runners-up in the Irish Challenge Cup, narrowly missing out on the title.
Numerous Senior Ladies 1sts and 2nds players continue to be selected to represent Connacht on the U16, U18, Junior and Masters Connacht teams at the Interprovincial tournaments held during the season.

Involvement in Team management:
We are very keen to involve parents and patrons in our club, especially in the Senior section of the club. We would be delighted to hear from any persons who wish to volunteer or coach within the club!
Training Cancellations:
Hockey will be cancelled where the club management believe the pitch or surroundings are unplayable and dangerous.
Medical Conditions:
If you or your child has any allergies or medical conditions (that you have not already advised us of this year) please let us know by email, in advance of the first training session.
Training times
Tuesday, 6.45-8.00pm
Thursday, 7.00-8.30pm
Training takes place on the Dangan Hockey astroturf.
